Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Heavenly Vegan Coffi for your afternoon tea experience. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your booking. By making a reservation, you agree to the policies outlined below. 1. Booking and Payment Advance Bookings Only: All afternoon teas must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. We cannot accept walk-ins for this service. Securing Your Booking: To confirm your reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person using using our link process or in person to hold the table. Final Numbers: The final number of guests must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your reservation. This is the minimum number of guests you will be charged for on the day. 2. Cancellations and Amendments Notice Period: If you need to cancel your booking or reduce guest numbers, you must notify us at least 48 prior to your booking time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations or headcount reductions made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit or incur a charge of [select one: 50% of the total menu price per missing guest. No-Shows: If your party fails to arrive without notice, the full amount of the booking, or any pre-payments will be entirely forfeited. 3. Dietary Requirements and Allergies Prior Notice Required: Because our afternoon tea menus are strictly set and prepared fresh, all dietary requirements (including gluten-free, nut allergies, or pregnancy restrictions) must be stated at the time of booking, or at least 48 hours in advance. Same-Day Requests: We unfortunately cannot accommodate dietary substitutions or allergy alterations on the day of your booking. Severe Allergies: While we take every precaution, our kitchen handles allergens. Please inform us of severe allergies so we can advise you safely. 4. Sittings and Lateness Table Duration: To ensure all guests enjoy their experience, tables are allocated for a maximum of 1.5 hours from the time of your reservation. Lateness Policy: We hold tables for a maximum of 15 If you are running late, please call us. Arriving late may shorten your dining time, as we cannot extend sittings past your allocated slot.
